In the 1990's, Sony introduced the Sony PlayStation and won big in that arena.

Sony Pictures also grew in the 1990's.

But in the 21st century, Sony started to slide.

Streaming video sounds great... or maybe I should say "looks great" since you gotta be sitting in front of a TV or computer to see it. Podcasting has really taken off because people can listen to the MP3 downloads on the go. In your car, in the gym, anywhere you can play an MP3 file, or a CD-R (burning CD's is so quick and cheap these days.)
