MP3 version of learning via podcasts trumps video
Streaming video sounds great... or maybe I should say "looks great" since you gotta be sitting in front of a TV or computer to see it. Podcasting has really taken off because people can listen to the MP3 downloads on the go. In your car, in the gym, anywhere you can play an MP3 file, or a CD-R (burning CD's is so quick and cheap these days.) There are cool site such as http://www.mp3learning.com/ which specialize in pointers to useful content. Check it out at more mp3 learning audios coming soon.

before: In retrospect, my symptoms were relatively minor, though annoying: 1. dry skin on face around eyes and mouth. 2. generally dry skin, especially hands where sometimes skin on knuckles cracked deep fissures
| after: 1. itching all over body, sometimes wakes me up at night. Scratching ecstasy severe enough to draw blood. 2. A few spots sometimes get so inflamed that it oozes liquid and crusts over in spots: face, backs of hands, belly button, behind knees.
